EVENTS
Hydrothon IronChallenge: Individuals (16yrs+) and Teams(15yrs+) competitors will race over 18.3km made up of a 8km Ski, 1Km Run, 1.3km Swim, 1km Run, 3km Board & 4km Run.
H4K: A fun event for 11+yrs that are not ready for the IronChallenge. There are 2 categories for H4K

Hydrothon IronChallenge

Individuals - $90. Includes: Swim Cap, Pink Hydrovest, Drink and Sausage Sandwich

Teams - 2 Person Team $110/team. Incudes: Swim Cap & 2 x Pink HydroVest, Drink and Sausage Sandwich

Teams - 4 Person Team ($180/team) Incudes: Swim Cap & 2 x Pink HydroVest, Drink and Sausage Sandwich
H4K $40. Includes free *Pink HydroVest, Drink and Sausage Sandwich

*Categories
IronChallenge Individual Categories: Open, U18 and Over40’s
Team Categories: Male, Female & Mixed. Note for 2 person team the legs completed by each team member are not restricted. It is your choice. For 4 person team, each team member will complete on the disciplines (ski, swim, board or run legs).

REFUND POLICY
100% Entry Refund will be offered if requested prior to midnight 31st August 2017
50% Entry Refund will be offered if requested after midnight 31st August and before midnight 10th September
NO REFUND if requested after midnight 10th September

Race Briefing at 8:15am H4K, 8:45am (Hydrothon IronChallenge)

Race start: H4K, 8:30am, Hydrothon IronChallenge @ 9:00am

Presentation: 30min after last finisher

Wetsuits are permitted but not compulsory (when water temp is <23degs)

Competitors may rest on stationary paddle boards as required and not be DQ'd

Race officials reserve the right to remove a competitor from the race for competitor's safety

Type 2 PFD's are compulsory (ski leg)

Handlers allowed in transition zones

No outside assistance in Run Leg

Drafting permitted on Ski Leg

Hi Viz tops required during Ski leg only. Alternate top for run leg if desired- (BYO tops, personal sponsors are permitted).

Official Hi Viz Swim cap must be worn in Swim leg
